Job summary

Geisinger Medical Center is seeking a skilled and motivated Neurology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Neurosciences team in Danville, Pennsylvania.

Job Duties

Position Highlights

• Work within a multidisciplinary team of neurologists, APPs, nurses, and specialty support staff.
• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and management of diverse neurological conditions.

?The successful Physician Assistant must be a graduate of a ARC-approved physician assistant program, eligible or certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants and eligible or certified by the State Board of Medicine.

The successful Nurse Practitioner candidate will have a certificate of completion from an approved program for Nurse Practitioners and must be eligible for or certified by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. Must be certified to work with all patient population age groups.

Geisinger's Neuroscience Institute spans Geisinger's three main campuses in Danville, Wilkes-Barre and Scranton, along with locations in State College and Lewistown, Pennsylvania.
