Job summary

Stratford Medical Group is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our team of professionals in a men’s sexual health clinic.

You will diagnose, manage, and treat erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to educate patients and emphasize preventive health for men’s sexual health. The role requires a PA with strong communication skills and clinical experience in this specialty.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the State.
• NCCPA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
• Ability to perform and interpret diagnostic tests and administer treatments, such as ICP and PRP injections as well as medications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, medical histories, and diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and treat sexual health conditions such as erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.
• Collaborate with the medical team and medical directors to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide follow–up care and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient outcomes.
• Work closely with physicians and medical directors to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain clear and accurate patients’ records.
• Adhere to HIPAA and all legal, ethical, and regulatory standards governing patient care.
• Exhibit exemplary bedside manner and establish rapport with patients in a caring manner.
• Evaluate and manage erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and male sexually related health issues using proprietary medical protocols developed by the medical director.
• Perform routine examinations and prescribe medications.
• Maintain a good medical record.
