Job summary

Medrina is seeking a Physician Assistant for Internal Medicine in Batavia, IL to join our growing, physician-owned group in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The PA will provide comprehensive medical care, take primary responsibility for patient management, and document thoroughly in the EMR.

The ideal candidate will have an IL PA license, a current DEA license, and at least 1 year of internal medicine experience, with comfort working independently in a SNF environment.

Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant license in Illinois.
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Minimum 1 year of internal medicine experience as a PA.
• Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations.
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in an SNF setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Responsible for full medical management and primary care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR.

Physical Requirements
