Job summary

McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, SC is seeking an Intensivist APP (PA) for the night shift to join a multispecialty critical care team providing 24/7 coverage.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies, a South Carolina PA license, and prescriptive privileges or eligibility. You will work with physicians and other professionals to deliver patient‑centered, high‑quality ICU care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care coverage as part of the ICU team.
• Perform patient assessments, document findings, and coordinate care plans.
• Conduct routine physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as guided by physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.

Intensivist APP (PA), night shift - location: Florence, SC

McLeod Regional Medical center, a tertiary care center and a Major referral center in the area with four intensive care units and a 24/7 staffing model by both physicians and advanced practice providers is looking for a motivated APP to join their team of critical care providers. The ideal candidate would have experience in a critical area setting although new graduates are welcome to apply. You will be a part of a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications/Training:

• Minimum of a master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies required.

Licenses/Certifications/Registrations:

• A valid State of South Carolina Certification as Physician Assistant.

Job Description:
