OWM Integrative Wellness in Western New York is hiring a Physician Assistant for a patient‑focused, cash‑pay integrative practice. You will manage a patient panel under the Medical Director, perform comprehensive evaluations, interpret labs, and supervise IV therapy with a focus on safety and outcomes.

Formación

• PA-C with NY license or ready to obtain before start date.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in primary care, oncology, urgent care, or hospital medicine.
• Willing to learn integrative and functional protocols.
• Ability to manage IV therapy and labs and coordinate with oncology teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-ups with clear plans.
• Order and interpret labs; translate results into actionable care plans.
• Oversee IV therapy safety and manage acute reactions.
• Support integrative oncology patients alongside oncology teams.
• Track patient outcomes across OWM programs and document progress.
• Identify protocol deviations and escalate promptly when needed.
