Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Physician Assistant for its Clemmons, NC area to join an immediate care practice in a hospital network known for clinical innovation and patient outcomes. You will work in a 40-hour week, with weekend rotation, and be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering essential care to a diverse patient population.

Requirements include PA program graduation, current state license, NCCPA certification, and strong communication and diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program; Master’s degree preferred.
Current applicable state Medical Board license and NCCPA certification required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement patient care plans using medical decision‑making.
Collaborate with the medical team for effective team‑based care.
Order and interpret laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures; explain procedures to patients.
Perform department‑specific procedures per guidelines.
Opportunity to participate in basic science and clinical research projects.
Precept students or medical learners when possible.

Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
