Responsibilities

• Consults and collaborates with physicians and other health care providers to coordinate care.
• Documents services in medical records and billing documents.
• Performs procedures and treatments per established protocols.
• Orders treatment procedures as needed by the patient.
• Promotes patient wellness through education.
• Uses advanced clinical knowledge to resolve patient questions.
• Participates in quality initiatives and safety functions.
• Assists in identifying and ordering needed supplies.
• Maintains compliance with health system, OSHA and HIPAA policies.
• Maintains exemplary patient satisfaction and engages with the team.
