Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Health Science or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical services including assessment, intervention and evaluation of care within the scope of practice established by State Law.
• Consults and collaborates with physicians and other health care providers to provide coordinated services to patients and their families.
• Documents services according to established policies and procedures, including medical records and billing documents.
• Performs procedures and treatments as necessary, according to established protocols.
• Recommends and orders treatment procedures as needed by the patient.
• Promotes patient wellness by providing patient education.
• Utilizes advanced clinical knowledge to resolve patient questions and needs.
• Participates in quality initiatives and safety functions.
• Assists in identifying and ordering needed supplies.
