Job summary

TeamHealth has a rare opening in the greater Atlanta area for a nocturnist physician assistant or nurse practitioner in the emergency department at Piedmont Henry Hospital in Stockbridge, Georgia. The role runs 8pm–6am, offering night-shift coverage in a busy ED setting.

Eligible candidates will be a PA or NP with prior emergency medicine experience, hold a Georgia license, DEA, ATLS and ACLS/PALS certifications. This opportunity partners with Piedmont Henry Hospital in a supportive ED team.

Qualifications

• PA or NP with prior EM experience is required.
• Georgia license, DEA, ATLS and ACLS/PALS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nocturnal coverage in the Emergency Department.
• Assess, diagnose and manage acute ED patients.
• Collaborate with ED team to ensure patient flow and safety.
