Qualifications

• Performs physical and psycho-social assessments under supervision.
• Establishes medical diagnoses and orders/evaluates diagnostic tests.
• Manages follow-up care and related duties as required.
• Performs physical examinations and develops treatment plans; orders and interprets lab tests and results.
• Provides preventative healthcare counseling.
