Job summary

GPAC is assisting a leading dermatology practice in seeking an experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant with 5+ years in dermatology. You will diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of dermatologic conditions and independently run your schedule with support for advanced procedures.

You will work closely with board-certified dermatologists, performing medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology while delivering patient-centered care and education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited PA program.
• Minimum 5 years of dermatology experience.
• Proven dermatology procedures competency.
• Ability to manage an independent patient panel.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions.
• Perform dermatologic procedures (biopsies, cryotherapy, electrodessication, excisions).
• Provide cosmetic dermatology services (neurotoxin injections, fillers, lasers).
• Conduct new patient evaluations and longitudinal care of chronic conditions.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and skincare maintenance.
• Ensure accurate charting within EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, MAs, and clinical staff to deliver patient care.

A thriving, physician-led dermatology group is seeking an experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant with 5+ years of dedicated dermatology experience . This is an exceptional opportunity for a PA who loves medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology and wants to join a high-volume, patient-centered team with strong clinical support and autonomy.

About the Role

As an experienced Dermatology PA, you will play a major role in diagnosing, treating, and managing a broad range of dermatologic conditions. You'll work closely with board-certified dermatologists while independently running your own schedule and performing advanced dermatologic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat all general dermatologic conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, infections, hair/scalp disorders, etc.)


• Perform dermatologic procedures including:
  
  
  
  • Shave, punch, and excisional biopsies
  
  
  • Cryotherapy and electrodessication
  
  
  • Simple excisions and wound management
  
  
  
  


• Provide cosmetic dermatology services based on experience (neurotoxin injections, fillers, microneedling, lasers, peels)


• Conduct new patient evaluations, follow-ups, and longitudinal care of chronic conditions


• Educate patients on treatment plans, prevention, and skincare maintenance


• Ensure accurate and timely charting within EMR


• Work closely with physicians, MAs, and clinical support staff to deliver seamless patient care

What We're Looking For

• Master's Degree from an accredited PA program


• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dermatology PA (required)


• Strong competency in dermatologic procedures and evidence-based clinical care


• Proven ability to manage an independent patient panel


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Passion for dermatology, patient education, and continual learning
