Compensation

Hourly Rate: $73.28 – $89.69 per hour

Position Summary

As a Physician Assistant (PA) within an Inpatient Internal Medicine service, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to a diverse hospitalized population. Working collaboratively with physicians and a multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will manage acute and chronic conditions, support care coordination, and contribute to positive patient outcomes. This union position offers strong compensation and benefits in a well-established hospital setting serving an underserved community.

Responsibilities

• Shift details: Day Shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM


• Hours per week: 36–40

Key Duties

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including histories, physicals, and ongoing evaluations


• Develop and implement treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe therapies


• Manage acute and chronic conditions in an inpatient setting, ensuring high-quality care delivery
