Job summary
Gilder Search Group seeks a Cardiology Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient cardiology practice in Utica, NY. The role supports follow-ups, treatment planning, and patient management with NCCPA certification and active PA licensure.
The ideal candidate will have cardiology experience or a strong interest in cardiology and will work Monday to Friday with no on-call requirements, focusing on stable, established patients and routine follow-ups.
Qualifications
- NCCPA certification required.
- Active PA license in the state.
- DEA license required or in process.
Responsibilities
- Follow up and manage established patients in outpatient care.
- Develop and monitor outpatient treatment plans.
- Interpret labs and EKGs; manage acute and chronic conditions.

- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program
- NCCPA certified
- Active Physician Assistant license
- Experience as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner welcomed
- Hold DEA license
- Monday thru Friday
- 8 hour day
- 40 hour work week
- No call
- No weekends
- Salary range of 140,000-165,000
- PTO and Holidays off
- 5 weeks Vacation
