Advanced Medical Imaging Consultants, P.C. (AMIC) in Fort Collins, Colorado, seeks a full-time Physician Assistant to join a growing private radiology group. The PA will perform consults, hospital rounds, and a range of procedures in a collaborative setting.

Qualified candidates have board certification and at least 2 years of PA experience, with radiology, surgical, ICU, or cardiology background preferred. Shared weeknight/weekend call is required.

Qualifications

• Board certification as a Physician Assistant with at least 2 years of experience.
• Radiology experience strongly preferred; surgical, intensive care, or cardiology background is a plus.
• Colorado licensure or eligibility to practice in Colorado is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide consults and hospital rounds.
• Perform procedures: PICC line placement, fluoroscopy-guided injections, paracentesis, thoracentesis, thyroid FN, CT biopsy and drainage, central line placement.
• Assist with GI fluoroscopy including esophagram, UGI, and barium enema.

Position Summary

Join a growing team of 7 Physician Assistants!

This position will be responsible for consults and hospital rounds; procedures including:

• PICC Lines
• Fluoro guided LP - diagnostic
• Fluoro guided joint injections for pain, large joint
• Paracentesis
• Ultrasound guided Thoracentesis
• Ultrasound guided thyroid FN
• Ultrasound guided joint injections for pain, large, intermediate, and small joints
• CT biopsy and drainage
• Central line placement
• Diagnostic GI and GI fluoroscopy including esophogram, UGI, barium enema

Qualified candidates will possess board certification and at least 2 years experience as a Physician Assistant. Strong clinical experience with surgical, intensive care, or cardiology background is preferred.

Radiology experience strongly preferred

Shared weeknight/weekend call responsibilities is required.
