Job summary

Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue, WA is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant for the Acute Care Surgery team. This per diem role involves inpatient floor work, clinic duties for the ACS program, andOR assistance for acute and elective surgeries.

You would work with a collaborative team of surgeons and eight other APPs; strong inpatient/outpatient background and PA certification are required, along with WA license, ACLS, and DEA. EPIC EMR experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PA program is required.
• Certified Physician Assistant is required.
• Washington PA license by time of hire is required.
• Two years of inpatient and outpatient experience is required.
• ACLS Certification is required.
• Current DEA is required.
• Experience with EPIC or other EMR is highly preferred.
• Robotic surgery assist experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient floor work.
• Clinic for the Acute Care Surgery (ACS) program.
• Assist in the OR for acute care surgery and elective surgeries.
