Job summary

Medicorp, Inc. in Bend, Oregon, is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant to join a longstanding CT Surgery program with 2 surgeons and 3 APCs.

The role offers full-scope practice across inpatient care, the OR, and limited clinic, with roughly 200 open hearts per year and a supportive team in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. The successful candidate will have surgical and cardiac experience, BCLS/CPR certification, and a strong commitment to collaborative, high-quality

Qualifications

• Experienced in perioperative cardiothoracic care and surgical assistance.
• BCLS and CPR certifications are required.
• Strong clinical and communication skills with a teamwork focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative care for cardiothoracic patients (ICU/stepdown).
• Assist in surgery and conduit harvest; participate in shared call.
• Work across inpatient units, OR, and minimal clinic exposure.
