Qualifications

• Active California Physician Assistant License required.
• DEA registration within 120 days of hire or ability to obtain.
• BLS Certification within 10 days of hire.
• Proficiency with EMR and medical devices used in clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, patient-centered care for a multi-cultural patient population.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, history taking, exams, and diagnostic testing.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
• Work independently with remote physician collaboration as needed.
• Prescribe medications per guidelines and patient needs.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and self-care.
