Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC is seeking a physician assistant to join a busy sports medicine practice. The PA will work closely with board-certified physicians to manage patient histories, physicals, imaging interpretation, injections, and treatment plans within a collaborative team.
The role requires IL PA licensure, NCCPA certification, and preference for orthopedic training. A strong emphasis on documentation, patient communication, and multi-disciplinary cooperation is essential.

Comprehensive care offered all in one place enables physicians, therapists and staff to work closely together, so that patients and families achieve better outcomes. Collaborative care is also more efficient. In many cases, IBJI services are substantially less expensive than those provided by large healthcare systems and emergency rooms.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our busy sports medicine practice. This is a collaborative opportunity to work alongside a board-certified doctor within a dynamic team.
Performs other duties within the guidelines per department and policy within normal scope and characteristics of the sponsoring/attending physician’s practice and current clinical privileges.
Physicians, other P.A.s and N.Ps, administrators, clinical and non-clinical staff
Patients, families, outside referral sources/physicians, hospital personnel, vendors, regulatory/insurance personnel.
Occasional exposure to electrical and chemical hazards; position requires lifting associated with patient transfers (up to 50 lbs.); requires the ability to bend and stoop without difficulty; involves exposure to blood-borne pathogens; requires verbal/written communication ability in the English language; involves exposure to weather elements and travel to all association hospitals and/or HOA facilities.
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills and relevant experience.
