Qualifications

• Nationally Board-Certified Physician (5-years of clinical experience in functional Medicine preferred)
• Licensed in the state of Florida (Multi-state licensure preferred)
• BLS and ACLS Certifications
• Computer Software Literacy
• Must be proficient in:
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Google email + chat
• Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems literacy

Job Responsibilities

• Follow HIPPA guidelines and maintain highest levels of security and confidentiality for sensitive and/or personally identifying information (PII).
• Perform in-office venipunctures using both winged collection sets (butterfly needles) and Angio catheters.
• Prepares and administers intravenous infusions of vitamins, nutrients, or medications as directed by the medical doctor.
• Carry out extensive medical consultations and physical exams.
• Order Laboratory Testing
• Review and analyze laboratory findings
• Creation of medical treatment plans as approved by senior medical staff.
• Keeping exemplary documentation in EHR of consultations with patients.
• Keeping exemplary documentation in EHR of medical procedures.
• Reviewing and interpreting medical imaging or procedural reports.
• Assist senior medical staff in both sterile and non-sterile procedure
