Medical Device Recruiters Inc. is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our Medical Education team, focusing on hip and knee arthroplasty technologies.

This role emphasizes education over surgery, with training across cadaver labs, ORs, and classrooms, and collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, and R&D. Relocation support is available. Monday–Friday schedule, with travel as planned and company benefits included.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) with 5+ years orthopedic hip/knee experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education, mentoring, and helping others develop clinically.

Responsibilities

• Become a clinical expert on advanced orthopedic hip and knee arthroplasty technologies and procedures.
• Educate and train surgeons, physician assistants, residents, fellows, and sales professionals
• Lead hands-on training in cadaver labs, operating rooms, and classroom settings
• Support physician education programs, procedural training, and new product launches
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Product Management, Marketing, and Research & Development teams

Medical Device Recruiters Inc. is conducting a confidential search for a global leader in orthopedic technology. We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a strong background in orthopedic hip and knee total joint surgery to join an established Medical Education team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to continue working alongside leading orthopedic surgeons while becoming a clinical expert on advanced surgical technologies. Rather than managing your own patient schedule, you'll help educate surgeons, physician assistants, residents, fellows, and sales professionals on the safe and effective use of innovative orthopedic products and procedures.

No previous medical device industry experience is required. Comprehensive training is provided.
