Job summary

University of Utah Health in Salt Lake City seeks a Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive sleep medicine services and support both primary and specialty care. One position will practice exclusively at the Farmington Health Center.

The PA will access and administer medications within scope of practice, perform histories and exams, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians.

Qualifications

• Current licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant from the State of Utah.
• Current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential through the University of Utah Health RQI system. The eCredential is to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

Preferred

• Certification in ACLS / BLS / NRP / ATLS may be required by your department or by privileging criteria.
