U.S. Army Physician Assistants serve as versatile medical specialists across the full spectrum of Army medicine. As a PA, you will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for Soldiers and their families, with broad clinical privileges and responsibilities.
You may also assist with stabilization and transport decisions and pursue ongoing trainings, education, and conferences to advance in military medicine, while supporting Army Reserve options if desired.

As a Physician Assistant for the U.S. Army, you will provide a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services for Soldiers and their families. You may be asked to perform a full spectrum of medical care to Soldiers and their families within your given clinical privileges, as well as advising on the medical needs for stabilization and transportation of your patients. Through the Army, you will have the opportunity attend trainings, continued education courses, seminars and conferences to broaden your knowledge and take the steps to be able to serve in any medical specialty.
