ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in the Greater Sacramento area. Compensation ranges from $131,000 to $170,000 annually, based on experience, with Monday–Friday 8–5 or a 4-day 10-hour shift option.

The Advanced Practice Clinician will evaluate patients, diagnose conditions, manage care plans, order tests, and collaborate with physicians and care teams in a community health center setting, serving underserved populations.

Qualifikationen

• Active California Physician Assistant license.
• NCCPA board certification.
• Current DEA certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred, especially in community health.
• Commitment to serving underserved communities.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions within scope of practice.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the Medical Director.
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as appropriate.
• Initiate emergency procedures when clinically indicated.
• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide comprehensive primary care services within a community health center setting.
