Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations with detailed histories and exams.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in urgent and primary care settings.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans with supervising physicians as needed.
• Order and interpret laboratory, radiologic, and diagnostic tests.
• Perform in-office procedures such as suturing, pelvic exams, I&D, wound care, injections.
• Prescribe medications responsibly and manage ongoing therapies.
• Provide preventive care, health counseling, and chronic disease management.
• Educate patients on wellness, lifestyle modification, and medication adherence.
• Document all encounters accurately in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our dedicated and supportive healthcare team. We serve patients of all ages in the setting of primary care and urgent care.

As a key member of our medical team, you will work closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other advanced practice providers. Our healthcare team delivers high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions in both urgent and primary care settings.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians as needed.
• Order and interpret laboratory, radiologic, and diagnostic tests.
• Perform in-office procedures such as suturing, Pelvic exams, I&D, splinting, wound care, injections, family planning services and more.
• Prescribe medications responsibly and manage ongoing therapies.
• Provide preventive care, health counseling, and chronic disease management.
• Educate patients on wellness, lifestyle modification, and medication compliance.
• Document all encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, coordinated care.

Qualifications
