Carolina Pain & Spine is looking for one or two Physician Assistants to join our growing interventional pain practice. If you want to work at the top of your license — running your own procedure schedule, managing complex medication regimens, and being the clinician who identifies which patients actually need a spinal cord stimulator, an SI joint fusion, or a kyphoplasty rather than another refill — this is that job.
We're part of NeuroCarolina, a multidisciplinary neurosurgical and pain network with locations across North Carolina. Our physicians are double board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, trained at institutions like Duke, MGH/Harvard, and Wake Forest, and active in clinical research through the NeuroCarolina Research Institute. You'll be working alongside physicians who are also investigators, consultants, and innovators in the field — not just clinicians running a schedule.
