Job summary

Caregivax LLC is seeking a Physician Assistant to conduct comprehensive patient assessments, examinations, and follow-up evaluations in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

You will gather histories, review labs and imaging, and develop individualized treatment plans while performing office-based procedures such as injections and IV therapies. A licensed PA-C in Arizona is required, with experience in integrative or regenerative medicine highly valued.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Arizona PA-C license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and follow-up evaluations.
• Gather, review, and analyze patient histories, laboratory findings, imaging studies, and other diagnostic data.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Order, interpret, and manage laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and other clinical evaluations.
• Perform office-based procedures including: trigger point injections; joint injections (ultrasound-guided experience preferred); IV infusion therapy; hormone optimization and replacement therapy support; medical weight management treatments.
• Work collaboratively with chiropractors, rehabilitation professionals, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, preventive health strategies, and long-term wellness goals.
