Job summary

True Precision Medical in Peoria, AZ seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality outpatient care. You will perform evaluations, exams, and collaborative treatment planning with physicians to restore mobility and quality of life.

The role includes ongoing clinical training, mentorship, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or call, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Active Arizona Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Minimum two years clinical experience preferred.
  • Experience in vascular medicine or related outpatient areas is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
  • Comfortable with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
  • Perform focused physical examinations and document findings.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with the physician.
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and outcomes.
  • Order and interpret laboratory studies and imaging as needed.
  • Manage post-procedure follow-up and ongoing patient care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement and protocol development.
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered outpatient care.

  • $65-70/hour, based on experience

Practice Locations

This position may provide care at any of our Valley locations:

  • Scottsdale
  • Central Phoenix

Travel between clinic locations may be required based on provider and patient scheduling.

What You'll Do

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional outpatient care while working closely with our physicians and clinical team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
  • Perform focused physical examinations and document clinical findings
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the physician
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes
  • Order and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic testing
  • Manage post-procedure follow-up and ongoing patient care
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development
  • Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced outpatient environment
What We're Looking For
  • Current Arizona Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
  • Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred
  • Experience in vascular medicine, pain management, orthopedics, interventional radiology, family medicine, urgent care, PM&R, or other outpatient specialties is a plus—but not required
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities
  • Compassionate bedside manner with a collaborative, team‑first mindset
  • Comfortable working with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus)
