Job summary

Pomera Care LLC in the Bronx, NY is seeking a Neurology‑trained Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient multispecialty clinic.

The position is full‑time, Mon‑Fri 9am–5pm, with no after‑hours or weekend requirements. Compensation ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 annually, plus benefits including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Current NY NP or PA license.
• Active DEA license or willingness to obtain one.
• 1+ year of neurology experience as NP/PA are required.
• Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive neurological histories and physical exams.
• Order and interpret neurological diagnostic tests (MRI, CT, EEG, EMG, lumbar punctures, labs).
• Perform procedures such as trigger point injections, nerve blocks, or lumbar punctures (TPI training provided).
• Provide post‑procedure monitoring and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and clinical staff.

Job description

A Neurology trained Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is needed in the Neurology department of a multispecialty clinic in the Bronx, NY 10458.

Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 annually

Benefits: Health, vision and dental insurance, life and disability insurance, PTO.

Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. After hours and weekend coverage not required!

Location: Bronx, NY 10458

Setting: Outpatient multispecialty clinic
