The Institute for Advanced Reconstruction, part of The Plastic Surgery Center, seeks a Physician Assistant for a full-time role based in Northern New Jersey with travel required. You will assist surgeons across pre-, intra-, and postoperative stages, perform exams, and help manage patient care plans to support transformative procedures including lymphedema and reconstructive surgeries.

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Current New Jersey state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
• DEA, CDS, BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required or can be obtained after hire.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a surgical setting preferred.

Overview:

We are seeking a Physician's Assistant to join our team at The Institute for Advanced Reconstruction (part of The Plastic Surgery Center). In this role, you will play a vital part in providing quality care to our patients, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. Join a team that's dedicated to helping people look and feel their best. You'll be an integral part of a patient's journey, providing support and care to those undergoing lymphedema treatment, facial reconstruction, breast reconstruction, and other transformative procedures. Witnessing the incredible results firsthand will be incredibly rewarding.

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Location: Northern New Jersey, travel required

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Pay Range: $120,000-$130,000 annually

the starting rate within this range for this role varies depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
