A well‑established wellness‑focused primary care clinic is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive family medicine services alongside personalized weight management care in a supportive, patient‑centered environment.
Base pay range: $64.00/hr - $68.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
- Diagnose acute and chronic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Review and interpret diagnostic results with patients
- Provide preventive care and ongoing wellness management
- Develop and manage personalized weight loss plans, including prescribing appropriate treatments
- Educate patients on nutrition, exercise, weight management, and lifestyle modifications
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and up‑to‑date medical documentation
- Provide counseling and support to encourage sustainable, long‑term health improvements
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high‑quality patient care
- Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- National certification (FNP, ANP, or applicable PA certification)
- Experience in family medicine, primary care, or weight management preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and patient education skills
