Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic is seeking a Part-Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to perform in-home health evaluations focused on personalized care and better outcomes.

You will conduct 45-minute assessments, document via an iPad workflow, and provide education to patients while avoiding medication changes. Travel locally within licensed states and offer virtual visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in designated area(s).
• Board certification required; multi-state licenses preferred.
• Ability to cover primary locations, including Bellingham and surrounding areas.
