Primary Healthcare Centers (PHC) invites a Physician Assistant to join our Gilbert Elementary Clinic, delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to individuals of all ages and helping strengthen the community’s wellbeing.

Based in Gilbert Elementary Clinic, PHC serves multiple counties as a nonprofit FQHC. We offer competitive benefits, collaboration with a mission-driven team, and opportunities to work at other PHC locations when needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Georgia as a Physician Assistant (PA).
• Minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently in a busy clinical environment.
• Willingness to provide care at other PHC locations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to individuals of all ages.
• Develop lasting relationships with patients and address diverse healthcare needs.
• Support care across PHC locations as needed.
