Kodiak Community Health Center is seeking a Physician Assistant responsible for delivering quality primary health care services in Kodiak, Alaska. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a health-related field and at least one year of direct patient care experience.
This role includes providing clinical care, maintaining patient documentation, and participating actively in community health promotion efforts. Applicants must possess a current license as a Physician Assistant in Alaska and have effective communication skills.
Responsible for ensuring that quality primary health care services are delivered and documented in accordance with KCHC policies and procedures, state and federal regulations, and professional standards of practice as detailed in the employment agreement.
The site of employment may be the main KCHC medical clinic, the KCHC Administrative building or at any other location where KCHC provides services or staff performs work. Staff may work remotely with the permission of their supervisor and the Executive Director.
