Job summary

Freedom Urgent Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in a PRN capacity. Location options include Harker Heights, Killeen, Belton, and Temple. Expect outpatient care with no on-call requirements, 12-hour shifts, and a flexible schedule.

Onsite Lab, X-Ray, POC testing, Epic EMR, and a supportive staff enable high-quality patient care. Seton Medical Center Harker Heights provides context for the community hospital network in Texas.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA in Texas
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Urgent Care preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of urgent care or emergency department experience
• Eligible for privileges at Seton Medical Center Harker Heights

Responsibilities

• Work as PRN clinician in outpatient urgent care setting
• Provide patient care with no on-call requirements
• Typical 12-hour shifts with a minimum of 2 shifts per month
• Collaborate with a robust support staff and use Epic EMR

• Clinic hours are M-F 8 am to 9 pm, Sat/Sun 9 am to 6 pm
