Job summary

Le CYR Consulting is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our clinical team in Houston. The PA will provide high-quality patient care, support physicians, and help maintain an efficient clinical environment.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, diagnosing and treating conditions, ordering tests, and developing care plans. The PA will educate patients, document in EMR, and ensure regulatory compliance while offering competitive compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited PA program and NCCPA certification.
• Active Texas PA license and DEA license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in a clinic-based setting with strong clinical judgment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical exams.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations.
• Perform minor procedures as appropriate to specialty.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
