Job summary

Bethany Medical is seeking a Primary Care PA to join our busy outpatient practice across multiple North Carolina locations. You will provide and manage direct patient care, including exams, assessments, and treatment, while collaborating with physicians and other providers.

We value patient relationships, bedside manner, and strong clinical skills, with a blended focus on primary care, urgent care, and pain management. Growth opportunities and a supportive team are available.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• NCCPA Certification required.
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of physicians and providers in a busy outpatient practice.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and corporate information.
• Blend primary care, urgent care, and pain management services.
• Provide and manage direct patient care, including exams, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment.
• Build relationships with patients, demonstrate excellent bedside manner and clinical skills.
• Develop and implement patient management plans and maintain progress notes.
• Communicate results, follow-up care, and additional information with patients.
• Refer patients to specialists and relevant care components as appropriate.
