  • Premise is seeking a Full‑Time Physician Assistant to provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Greer, SC.
  • Scheduled hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  • Urgent Care and Primary Care experience required.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines and approved agreements.
  • Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
  • Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, growth and development.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
  • Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies.
  • Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed.
  • Maintain patient health records to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Maintain state license(s) and certification(s) to practice.
  • Maintain Board of Pharmacy Prescribing License (if applicable).
  • Current NCCPA national certification required.
  • Degree from an ARC‑PA accredited program.
  • Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable).
  • State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required in your state.
  • Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services.
