Job summary

Advanced Medical Imaging Consultants, P.C. in Fort Collins, CO, is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our growing private radiology group.

The ideal candidate will perform consults and hospital rounds and handle a variety of procedures, including PICC lines, fluoro-guided LPs, thyroid FNA, ultrasound-guided injections, CT biopsy, and central line placement. Board certification and at least 2 years of PA experience are required, with call responsibilities shared.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PA with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong clinical experience in surgical, ICU, or cardiology settings preferred.
• Willing to share weeknight/weekend call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Consults and hospital rounds.
• PICC line insertions and central line placement.
• Fluoroscopy-guided procedures and ultrasound-guided injections.
• CT biopsy and drainage; GI fluoroscopy including esophogram and barium studies.
• Ultrasound-guided thoracentesis and thyroid FNA.

Position Summary

Join a growing team of 7 Physician Assistants!

This position will be responsible for consults and hospital rounds; procedures including:

• PICC Lines
• Fluoro guided LP - diagnostic
• Fluoro guided joint injections for pain, large joint
• Paracentesis
• Ultrasound guided Thoracentesis
• Ultrasound guided thyroid FNA
• Ultrasound guided joint injections for pain, large, intermediate, and small joints
• CT biopsy and drainage
• Central line placement
• Diagnostic GI and GI fluoroscopy including esophogram, UGI, barium enema

Qualified candidates will possess board certification and at least 2 years experience as a Physician Assistant. Strong clinical experience with surgical, intensive care, or cardiology background is preferred.

Shared weeknight/weekend call responsibilities is required.
