About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing outpatient pain management and spine/joint care practice in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
In this role, you’ll partner with physicians and CRNAs to deliver advanced patient care, assist with procedures, and manage individualized treatment plans in a low-stress, supportive environment that prioritizes patient outcomes and work‑life balance.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including histories and physical exams
- Assist with and perform interventional pain management and joint procedures (within licensed scope)
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests
- Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Provide patient education and post-procedure follow-up
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Physician Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Graduate of an accredited PA program
- NCCPA certification and NPI required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills
- Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or outpatient surgery preferred (not required)
