Position Overview

We are seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an established outpatient Family Medicine practice in Fall River, Massachusetts.

The provider will care for adult and adolescent patients and will have increasing independence based on their experience, training, and confidence. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-focused team with strong physician support and access to onsite specialty and diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and adolescent patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide preventive care, patient education, and health counseling.
• Assume independent responsibility for patient care appropriate to your experience and training.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Utilize electronic medical records for accurate and timely documentation.
• Coordinate care and referrals as needed.
• Participate as an integral member of a patient-focused office team.
