Job summary

DOCS Dermatology Group seeks an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established clinics in Elkins and Bridgeport, WV. This role offers split time between both locations, allowing autonomy to build your practice while receiving solid operational backing.

You’ll focus on patient care within a private practice model with support, share in long-term growth opportunities, and enjoy generous PTO and CME allowance along with tail coverage. WV licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as PA-C or NP in West Virginia (WV).
• Experience in dermatology or related clinic setting preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a surgical/medical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous patient care in dermatology clinics in Elkins and Bridgeport.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to manage patient flow and treatment plans.
• Support practice growth and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
