DMC Primary Care in Concord, NH is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant for part-time or full-time engagement. This physician-owned, independent practice invites a collaborative, patient-centered approach to family medicine.

The PA will work with nursing staff and physicians to deliver high-quality care for patients across the lifespan, emphasizing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and personalized education.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies required or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of outpatient primary care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to deliver primary care for patients of all ages.
• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment with personalized patient education.
• Participate in an enhanced primary care model focusing on quality and chronic condition management.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work closely and collaboratively with nursing staff and physicians to deliver primary care for every member of the family—from newborns and children to adults and seniors. Our goal is not only to provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment, but an enhanced type of primary care that offers high clinical quality, expanded services for our patients with chronic conditions, and personalized patient education.

Position Highlights:

• Offers flexible schedule – working either 3days or 4 days per week
• Minimal Saturday hours
