Job summary

LeoForce in United States is seeking a Mid Level healthcare professional to join our urgent care team. The role involves conducting comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosing acute conditions, ordering tests, performing minor procedures, prescribing medications, and collaborating with physicians and nurses to deliver high-quality care.

You will maintain thorough EHRs, follow urgent care protocols, and engage in patient education and preventive care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and medical histories.
• Diagnose and treat acute conditions such as respiratory infections, fractures, lacerations, sprains, and other urgent care concerns.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including X-rays, EKGs, and laboratory studies.
• Perform minor procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, wound care).
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans based on clinical guidelines and patient needs.
• Provide patient education and counseling on treatment options and preventive care.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to ensure efficient and high-quality care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate electronic health records (EHR).
• Follow urgent care protocols and best practices to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
