Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA), DermatologyAt Skin and Aesthetics Center, our Advanced Practice Providers play a key role in delivering high-quality dermatologic and cosmetic care to our patients at our Burnsville, MN practice location. As part of a comprehensive healthcare management services organization, this position combines autonomous clinical practice with physician collaboration, ensuring an elevated patient experience in a fast-paced, high-end medical setting.The ideal candidate is an experienced dermatology NP or PA who is passionate about skin health and committed to exceptional patient care. You'll manage your own schedule of general, medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology patients while collaborating with our dermatologists and support staff.Minimum Qualifications:Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Master's degree in Nursing for NP candidates, or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies for PA candidates)Current and active Minnesota license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, or eligibility to obtain one prior to startNational certification appropriate to the role (NP certification in Family, Adult, or Women's Health, or PA-C certification through the NCCPA)Minimum 2 years of clinical dermatology experience as an NP or PA, requiredCurrent DEA registration or eligibilityPreferred Qualifications:Experience with cosmetic procedures (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser treatments)Specialty credential in dermatology (DCNP for NP candidates, or SDPA Diplomate Fellow for PA candidates)Experience performing skin cancer screenings, biopsies, and excisions in a high-volume outpatient settingProficiency with EMA/ModMed or similar dermatology EHRBilingual capabilitiesResponsibilities:Conduct comprehensive dermatologic examinations and skin cancer screeningsDiagnose and treat common and complex dermatologic conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and others), including management of biologic therapiesPerform minor surgical procedures including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and intralesional injectionsProvide cosmetic treatments such as injectables, chemical peels, and laser proceduresDevelop treatment plans and educate patients on skin health and preventive careCollaborate with supervising dermatologists on complex cases and surgical referralsMaintain accurate documentation and coding in the EHR and ensure regulatory complianceSupport practice growth through patient retention, referrals, and a consistently full scheduleTravel to other practice locations as needed to provide coverage· Other duties as assigned to support clinical operations and consistent with the responsibilities of the role.Travel Requirements:Reliable transportation required for occasional travel between designated practice locationsLocations Required : Burnsville, MNKey Skills:Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills in dermatologyProficiency in dermatologic procedures and cosmetic treatmentsStrong patient communication and education abilitiesKnowledge of dermatology pharmacology, biologics, and treatment protocolsExperience with EHR systems, clinical documentation, and codingProfessional collaboration with multidisciplinary teamsBenefits Package:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off and holiday payContinuing education allowance and professional developmentProfessional liability insurance coverageMileage reimbursement for travel between locations#SNA2026 #MA2026
