Bucky Plastic Surgery in Ardmore, PA is seeking a Physician Assistant to join their fast-growing aesthetic clinic. This full-time, on-site role offers standard hours 8:30AM-5PM and a 40-hour week to support comprehensive patient consultations and advanced aesthetic treatments.

The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted PA license in Pennsylvania and demonstrates strong communication and meticulous documentation to ensure safe, effective care and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate patients and collaborate effectively with the medical team.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in patient assessments, treatment plans, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assess medical history, and develop individualized treatment plans to ensure safe and appropriate aesthetic care.
• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including injectables, laser and energy-based therapies, while delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and patient experiences.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-procedure care, while fostering long-term relationships through proactive follow-up and ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, uphold infection control and regulatory compliance, and ensure a safe, professional treatment environment.
• Collaborate with providers and the clinical team, participate in continuing education, and represent the practice with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
