Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a Physician Assistant to join as a Statewide Float Provider. You will float to multiple clinics across Georgia, delivering urgent and primary care and gaining diverse clinical experience while embracing travel.

The role covers hotel stays, mileage reimbursement, a schedule released two months in advance, and full-time stability with built-in flexibility. New graduates welcome and training provided.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted PA licensure in Georgia (or ability to obtain).
• Board Certification as a PA.
• No experience required; new grads welcome.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Float to various clinics within driving distance to provide urgent and primary care services.
• Work in diverse clinic environments, meeting new patients and teams regularly.
• Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
