Henderson Group Recruiting is seeking a Physician Assistant for a well-established community-based mental health provider in Northern California. You will deliver high-quality behavioral health care to a diverse patient population in a supportive setting.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call, nights, or weekends, and a competitive compensation package ranging from $135,000 to $190,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.

Formación

• Current California PA license required.
• Mental health/psychiatric experience is highly preferred.
• Provide mental health services to a diverse patient population.
• Average patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day.
• Monday–Friday schedule.
• No call, nights, or weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct mental health services to a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists, therapists and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.
