Job summary

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is actively seeking full-time Board-Certified Anesthesiologists for its new ambulatory surgery center located in Pleasanton, California. This position offers a collegial work environment without the duty of on-call, weekend, or holiday shifts. Specialization in regional anesthesia and pediatric patients is essential.

The successful candidates will benefit from a guaranteed salary for the first two years alongside a lucrative production bonus, shareholder eligibility after two years, and an extensive benefits package including 401K plans and sabbaticals for work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Comfortable managing pediatric anesthesia for patients over 1 year.
• Experience with diverse surgical procedures including ENT, GYN, and orthopedics.

• Work in a new state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center.
• Participate in a physician-led collegial environment.
• Provide outpatient anesthesia services without call, weekend, or holiday duties.

• Brand new state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center in Pleasanton, California.
• Physician-led and collegial environment. Extremely close-knit group, excellent culture, and diverse multispecialty practice.
• Outpatient practice with no call, weekend, or holiday work.
• Must be comfortable with regional anesthesia, healthy pediatrics > 1 year of age.
• ENT, general surgery, GYN, ophthalmology, orthopedics/total joints, plastics, urology, and a busy endoscopy suite.
