Opportunity Details

• Position Type:Full-Time or Part-Time (prorated on call); all in-house shifts – no dependence on home call for core compensation; broad exposure to diverse, high-acuity case mix
• Schedule:Flexible full-time and part-time schedules available with a work-life balance focused team. Call and holidays are shared among the group in a manner that creates individual hourly and compensation flexibility.
• Location and Hospital Info: Muskegon: Level 2 trauma center; Grand Haven: Level 4 community hospital.

  • Practice in a care team model, providing medical direction over CRNAs with the opportunity to personally perform cases.
  • Diverse general and complex case mix, including orthopedic (elective + trauma), gynecology, ENT, complex vascular, neurosurgery, interventional cardiology including EP and structural heat, OB, and full scope cardiothoracic cases.
  • Utilization of peripheral nerve blocks and advanced regional techniques to reach enhanced recovery goals with our surgical colleagues.

• $285/hour for in-house clinical shifts; 1.0 FTE = 2,000 hours annually
