Vituity is seeking board-certified or eligible Anesthesiology physicians to join MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center – Des Moines, Iowa. Join a 100% physician-owned partnership with autonomy, local control, and a national support system to focus on patient care.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $150k and a flexible schedule for a high-volume trauma center with diverse anesthesia services, including cardiac, pediatric, and general cases.

The Opportunity

The Practice

MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center – Des Moines, Iowa

• Level II Trauma Center with over 800 licensed beds.
• Over 10,000 surgery cases and over 2,500 OB cases per year.
• First and second call every two weeks with day off after.
• Specialties include cardiac, pediatric, and general anesthesia.
• Moderately low call burden and flexible scheduling.
